Justin Garcia – Criminal Defense Attorney

Justin Garcia joined Robert J. Callahan and Associates in the Spring of 2012. Before
joining the firm, Attorney Garcia worked in a limited capacity with Attorney Callahan.
Attorney Garcia started his legal career as in house counsel for a large internet marketing
company. After leaving that position, Attorney Garcia refocused his practice on civil
and criminal litigation. He has experience with cases involving damage to property,
class actions, lien foreclosures and home foreclosures. Currently, Attorney Garcia
defends clients in an array of cases ranging from class x felonies to DUIs to simple
misdemeanors.

Attorney Garcia attended Wheaton College in Norton, Massachusetts. After which,
he worked in politics and managed a law office before attending The John Marshall
Law School. While at John Marshall, Attorney Garcia worked for the Honorable Judge
William James Haddad and represented John Marshall in two national moot court
competitions and received recognition for his oral advocacy.
